Ingredients

100g Chicken Breast (80g cooked)

15ml Balsamic Glaze

Tomato Paste 35g

75g Red, Yellow & Green Capsicum

30g Feta Cheese

1 x Mission Low GI & Protein Wrap

Preparation

Cook Chicken Breast and shred

Spread Tomato Paste over Wrap

Add Chicken and capsicum and cook in oven for approx 15-20 Mins

Once cooked remove from oven and add Feta, Rocket and Drizzle with Balsamic Glaze to serve.
