Lemon Crunch Bliss Balls

2 1/2 Cups Rolled Oats

1/4 teaspoon Turmeric

1 cup Cashews

Finely grated zest of medium lemon

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1/3 cup maple syrup

1/4 cup almond butter

1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Juice of half a lemon

Desiccated coconut for rolling


Place oats, tumeric, cashews, lemon zest and sea salt flakes into food processor and blitz until you have a rough crumb.

Add maple syrup, almond butter, vanilla and lemon juice and blitz until mixture comes together.

Shape spoonfuls of the dough into balls and roll in coconut.

Store in airtight container in fridge for up to 1 week.
