Class Descriptions
BARBELL STRONG - Prefer your weights not in a circuit? Barbell Strong is a great barbell class that sculpts and tones your entire body. This class is instructor lead on the stage and will have you feeling the fire in varying muscle groups. All timed to the music, Barbell Strong is a great way to increase your strength as you squat, press, lift and curl your way to a better body with low impact moves that burn fat and help shape and tone all the major muscle groups week to week.

HIIT 45 - Our High Intensity Interval Training class is a circuit style class using shorter bursts of work time at a higher intensity with resistance-based moves to increase heart rate across the class. Expect anything from kettlebells, dumbbells, deadballs, steps, bodyweight, star jumps, burpees, mountain climbers and much more with some high impact moves included. Those with injuries (eg: bursitis or muscle tears) may find this class difficult to modify but any level of fitness is welcome, as you can modify weights and pace at your leisure.

PILATES 45 - Our Pilates classes are mat-based rather than equipment based and are a great place for the beginner to start their journey. There are also plenty of moves to challenge those who have done Pilates before, and to assist them in advancing their practice with regular attendance.

STRONG CIRCUIT - If you need some more strength in your fitness routine or would love to have an instructor on hand for assistance with your technique this class is for you. This 45 min strength circuit focuses on full body muscle conditioning using weight that will push your body to improve over time. Using a set number of reps for each station and designated rest times you can expect to complete at least 3 rounds of each exercise, either circuit style or back to back. This is best for gaining strength and increasing your muscle percentage combined with other training. This class may not be suitable for those with significant injuries and you if you are brand new to weights we suggest an Introduction to PT for 4 sessions to get your weights technique mastered before hopping in to this one!

CARDIO CORE CIRUIT - Tone and strengthen your core with this challenging circuit style core class. Using set intervals of cardio and abdominal exercises, you will work your way around a new circuit each week and be on your way to washboard abs ;)

LOW IMPACT FAT BURNER CIRCUIT - This Low Impact Fat Burner Circuit class is the perfect introduction to cardio circuit training. If you're not ready for a HIIT class yet but love the idea of set stations with work and rest times then this is the class for you!

METABOLIC CIRCUIT - Our Metabolic Circuit includes resistance bodyweight moves combined with equipment to pump up your heart rate rather than super high impact exercises. Expect anything from bodyweight moves to barbells, kettlebells, deadballs and much, much more! By limiting the amount of rest between exercises we aim to keep your heart rate elevated which will aid in burning calories and boosting your metabolism after your workout is finished. Moving around the circuit in set work and rest times this class changes either times or exercises on a weekly basis so you'll avoid cardio boredom!

STEP 45 - Step classes provide cardio that's great for heart health & fitness! This class uses the Aerobic Step to create a choreographed routine taught to you in 4 or 5 blocks across the class. Way more fun than a 5k run, this class offers an alternate way to get your huff and puff!

CARDIO CORE BURNER - The perfect class to target your cardio and core! With belly burning core work and cardio that is performed at a consistent pace throughout this class is Instructor led on the stage and is perfect for beginners just starting out on their fitness journey! Modifications can be made for injuries.

FULL BODY FAT BURNER - Our Full Body Fat Burner class combines a mix of aerobic exercises from low to medium intensity without the high impact options to keep your heart rate in the fat burning zone. Instructor led you can expect to use a variety of equipment and bodyweight for this great workout which is suitable for all fitness levels and is sure to challenge regardless of whether you are just starting out or are a seasoned gym goer. This class will leave you feeling energised and motivated ready to tackle your daily life routine!

TABATA STRENGTH - Using a Tabata Timer and Instructor led on the stage. This class can incorporate weights, steps and bodyweight resistance combo moves to improve your overall strength ensuring an all over body workout. Tabata Strength is a great way to squat, press, and move your way to a stronger body with low impact moves that burn fat and help shape and tone all the major muscle groups.
