Built by Her Functional Flow
Strength, Mobility and Confidence. This 60 minute signature class combines the empowering strength of Built by Her with the restorative benefits of Functional Flow giving you the best of both worlds in one full body session designed specifically for women. You'll move through a variety of low impact, resistance based exercises that engage multiple joints and muscle groups. Using weights, bands, dumbbells, equipment, and bodyweight, you'll build lean muscle, enhance mobility, improve posture, and support recovery all while working within your natural range of motion. This class is perfect for beginners and experienced members alike a smart introduction to strength training or a refreshing complement to your current fitness routine. Each session wraps up with dedicated stretching to promote recovery, improve flexibility, and leave you feeling balanced and refreshed. Strength & Sculpt
Instructor led or delivered in a group circuit format, this high energy class is powered by a Tabata timer to keep you moving with purpose. You’ll improve overall strength using a combination of bodyweight exercises, barbells, bands, steps, and free weights. Expect low impact, resistance based combo moves designed to sculpt, tone, and strengthen all major muscle groups. Following the classic Tabata structure with short bursts of effort followed by rest this class boosts metabolism, burns fat, and builds muscular endurance. With scalable options for equipment and pace, Strength and Sculpt is suitable for all fitness levels and can be modified to accommodate most injuries. Strong & Sweat
Using a Tabata Timer this class can be Instructor led on the stage or circuit style. Incorporating weights, barbells, equipment and bodyweight resistance combo moves to improve your overall strength you will be certain to get an overall body workout. Lift & Move is a great way to squat, press, and move your way to a stronger body which will include moves that burn fat, get those cardio levels up and about and help shape and tone all the major muscle groups. Open to all levels of fitness, this class will suit beginners, intermediate and advanced members, as modifications can be made with equipment and pace to suit.

MetaBurn

Strong Foundations Strength & Stamina

Led by an instructor or delivered in a circuit style, you’ll tackle short bursts of high intensity work using kettlebells, dumbbells, deadballs, steps, and bodyweight exercises like star jumps, burpees, and mountain climbers. Expect some high-impact moves that will challenge your stamina and strength. Classes vary weekly with formats including EMOMs, AMRAPs, set rep circuits, and group or on the spot work with changing work and rest intervals to keep boredom at bay. While open to all fitness levels, those managing injuries such as bursitis or muscle tears may find some modifications challenging, but pace and weights can be adjusted to suit your needs. Step

Designed to elevate your heart rate and boost cardiovascular fitness, this 45-minute workout is all about rhythm, movement, and fun. Using the classic aerobic step, you'll learn a choreographed routine built in 4 to 5 blocks, keeping your body and mind engaged the entire time. It’s a full body cardio burner that’s way more exciting than a 5k run and just as effective at getting your huff and puff on! Perfect for those who love a challenge, this class is high in energy and intensity. Please note that participants with knee or ankle concerns may find the pace and step height difficult to manage.
