Ingredients
1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
15g 360 Whey Protein
125g Chobani Yoghurt
Handful Strawberries or Blueberries
Preparation
Night before
Combine half of 360 Whey powder with 125ml water, add to Chobani Yoghurt and stir well.
Add in Rolled Oats and leave in sealed container in fridge overnight.
In the morning
Add 1-2 tablespoons of water (or almond milk) to loosen mix to consistency you prefer, stir, add fruit and enjoy!
