Easy & Light Satay Sauce

Serves 1-2



In a microwave jug or saucepan add the following ingredients:

1/4 cup Soy Sauce

1/4 cup Rice Wine Vinegar

1 tspn crushed Garlic

1 tspn crushed Chilli (to taste)

4 Tblspns Natural Peanut Butter

2 tspns Stevia/Natvia

4 Tblspns Water


Heat & Stir until combined then use as required. You can store leftover in a jar in the fridge to use later.
